Smoke-free environments
Smoke free environments help to protect people from second-hand smoke, reduce tobacco use in current smokers and assist those wanting to quit.
In NSW, smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are banned in all enclosed public areas under the Smoke Free Environment Act 2000 and Smoke Free Environment Regulation 2016.
