13 11 20 Information and Support line: If you have a cancer question or concern call us 9am-5pm Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

Over the festive period, the following information and support services will close on and re-open on the dates below:

Cancer Counselling   22 Dec 2023 - 8 Jan 2024 During this time, most of our professional counsellors will close their offices. Please manage patient expectations that from December, counselling sessions may not be able to be provided until mid-January 2024.
Cancer Connect    22 Dec 2023 - 8 Jan 2024 During this time, most of our peer support volunteers take a break. Please manage patient’s expectations that from December one-to-one peer support may not be available until mid-January 2024.
Telephone Support Groups 23 Dec 2023 - 16 Jan 2024 During this time our telephone support groups are not facilitated. Please manage the patient's expectations by advising that these groups resume 16 January 2024.
