At Cancer Council NSW, we collaborate with organisations that share our vision of a cancer free future. We know that great things happen when we come together to develop mutually beneficial solutions and truly transformative, unique partnerships.
Your commitment to partnering with us will help support even more Australians faced with a cancer diagnosis. Let’s join together and work towards a cancer free future.
Every year in NSW alone, more than 48,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed, and the impact on patients, carers, families and the community is significant.
Cancer Council NSW has partnered with Energy Locals to launch an innovative new way of raising money to beat cancer.
Energy Locals is a social enterprise that donates half of its profits to its hand-picked charity and community partners, like Cancer Council NSW, as well as offering customers the opportunity to choose a simple, transparent energy plan with fair prices, not conditional discounts. They’re a 100% Aussie owned & operated company, taking on the fat cats of the energy market and doing something good at the same time.
Cancer Council NSW is excited to be working with Greater Charitable Foundation, who are funding a Hunter/Central Coast-based Financial Counsellor for people affected by cancer experiencing financial hardship.
Greater Bank has a proud tradition of supporting charities and community organisations. Established in 2011, the Foundation funds practical, life-changing initiatives which directly support families and communities. The generous support of Greater Charitable Foundation will help to alleviate the significant financial and emotional burden faced by hundreds of cancer patients in the region every year.
Cancer Council NSW is proud to be Holland America Line’s chosen charity in Australia. Holland America Line and the Holland America Line Foundation continue to take the fight against cancer to the high seas with On Deck for a Cause, a non-competitive 5k fundraising walk on each sailing. In 2017 more than 500 On Deck for a Cause events will be held across the Holland America Line fleet, with walks taking place globally on cruises to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the South Pacific, Alaska’s Inside Passage, Canada/New England, Bermuda, Mexico, Asia, the Baltic, Australia, New Zealand, Antarctica and South America.
Humanitix is the first not-for-profit ticketing platform which redistributes 100% of profits from booking fees to provide health, security and opportunity to everyone on earth. Humanitix and Cancer Council have formed a close partnership. Humanitix allows event organisers of all different events to build ticketing pages, sell tickets, capture attendee data and effectively run their event. This partnership now allows organisers around the country to have the profits from all booking fees redistributed to Cancer Council should they choose to.
