Thousands of working Australians are diagnosed with cancer every year. If your employee has cancer or is caring for someone with cancer, it can be difficult to know the best way to support him or her.
Workplace fact sheets
Cancer Council NSW has developed a series of 10 workplace fact sheets to assist managers and human resources professionals to provide a supportive and fair work environment. The fact sheets cover information about cancer, treatment and side effects, and outline practical suggestions for workplaces.

Workplace posters
If one or more of your employees have cancer, they can access free cancer information and support by calling Cancer Council on 13 11 20 and talking to one of our cancer nurses.
You can also download and print A3 and A4 posters for your office notice boards to create a more supportive workplace environment.
