How to download and listen to a podcast

Are you new to the world of podcasts? Not sure how to download or listen to them on your smart phone or tablet?

*Note: Screen appearance and steps may vary between your Apple devices. If you have an Android phone or tablet, you can use Google Podcasts or download another podcast app (e.g. Pocket Casts or CastBox) and follow the prompts to find and download our podcast.

Step 1

Tap on the Podcast app icon on your screen, to open the app.

Tap the Search button at the bottom of your screen.

Type The Thing About Cancer into the search bar, then tap on the logo.

Tap the Subscribe button next to the logo. Don’t worry, it’s free.

Tap the + and download icon to download and listen to the episode later.

Or to listen now, tap on the episode name and then tap play to listen.
