Kim Hobbs
Kim is a Clinical Specialist Social Worker at Westmead Centre for Gynaecological Cancer at Westmead Hospital. Kim holds a Masters degree in Social Work and has had a long career in oncology social work.
Building upon a solid base of clinical care, Kim advocates for improved psychosocial support services for all people with cancer and their families, friends and caregivers. She believes that psychosocial care should be an integral component of comprehensive cancer care throughout treatment and recovery. Kim has a particular interest in addressing concerns about sexuality and intimacy in the context of illness and disability.
