Rose, Cucumber and Honeydew Punch

Festive drink recipes

With the Christmas party season often starting in late November, by the time we reach the big day many of us feel like we have already over indulged. We have put together some deliciously refreshing, alcohol free drinks to help you celebrate without a hangover.

 

Ingredients:

½ honeydew, deseeded and peeled

1 tbsp rose water

Ice to serve

4 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced lengthways

3 cups (750ml) soda water

¼ cup small mint leaves

 

 

Method:

  1. In a blender, puree honeydew and rose water until smooth.
  2. Combine puree, ice and cucumbers in a large serving jug, top with soda and mint, stir and serve.

 

Tip:

Try using other fruit purees. Watermelon and rose water are a beautiful combination too!
