Rose, Cucumber and Honeydew Punch

Festive drink recipes

With the festive season often starting from late November, by the time we reach the end of the year celebrations many of us feel like we have already over indulged. We have put together this deliciously refreshing, alcohol free mocktail to help you celebrate minus the hangover.

 

Ingredients:

½ honeydew, deseeded and peeled

1 tbsp rose water

Ice to serve

4 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced lengthways

3 cups (750ml) soda water

¼ cup small mint leaves

 

 

Method:

  1. In a blender, puree honeydew and rose water until smooth.
  2. Combine puree, ice and cucumbers in a large serving jug, top with soda and mint, stir and serve.

 

Tip:

Try using other fruit purees. Watermelon and rose water are a beautiful combination too!
