How much red meat is it ok to eat?

There is a lot of information around these days about increased risk of cancer from eating red and processed meat but what are the facts and how much can we eat?

Cancer Council estimates one in six new bowel cancer cases in Australia are associated with consuming too much red meat and processed meat. Processed meat consumption has also been strongly linked to a higher risk of stomach cancer.
