Jacqui is the Health Communications Officer for Cancer Council NSW’s flagship nutrition program Eat It To Beat It.
Eat It To Beat It is a practical, community-based program that works with primary schools and parents to inspire families to eat more fruit and vegetables to cut cancer risk.
Working across traditional and social media, Jacqui raises awareness of the program to increase the number of people who understand the link between fruit and vegetable consumption and cancer prevention.
Before joining Cancer Council in 2015, Jacqui worked in media and communications for health research and policy organisations, developing evidence-based strategies to promote health research, policy making and the organisations’ programs.
