New study reveals Aboriginal people more likely to die from primary lung cancer than non-Aboriginal people

This National Reconciliation Week, Cancer Council NSW has made an urgent call to the NSW Government for an increased Aboriginal workforce in cancer services across the state.

The call comes as new research from Cancer Council NSW released today reveals that Aboriginal people have a higher risk of death from primary lung cancer up to five years after diagnosis than non-Aboriginal people.
