Help getting to treatment
Travelling to and from medical appointments is difficult for many people affected by cancer. Cancer treatment usually occurs over an extended period of time and requires repeated attendance at facilities which may be far from home.
If it is difficult for you and your carer to get to your cancer treatment there may be a community transport service in your area.
To find community transport services, go to the Community Transport Organisation’s website or call 1300 679 286.
