Join our Lived Experience Advisory Forum (LEAF)

Have you been affected by cancer as a patient, survivor, or carer? 

We are seeking applications from individuals willing to share their experiences to join our Lived Experience Advisory Forum. 

The forum provides valuable insights to help shape our supportive care, information, prevention, and advocacy work – ensuring they are inclusive and meet community needs. 

Opportunities to share your story and to get involved may include:

• providing feedback and insights to improve our programs and services,
• joining an advisory panel or working group,
• having your say on important advocacy issues, or
• participating in co-design workshops or discussion groups.
