A 3 hour face-to-face program providing practical information and open discussion about challenges, changes and opportunities

Exercise and nutrition program (ENRICH)
Meet face-to-face with exercise specialists and dietitians as they guide participants with information and activities towards a healthier lifestyle. Meetings are weekly for six weeks.

A free, over-the-phone healthy lifestyle mentoring program, to help you get active and eat better.
