‘It’s the first time I have talked to someone with lung cancer’ - Group member

The Lung Cancer Group provides the opportunity for you to meet with other people living with lung cancer. Group members range from being newly diagnosed, to living with lung cancer for some time.

Being telephone-based, you can join the group from anywhere in Australia. All you need is an hour, a telephone and a quiet, private space. Participation is free and confidential. Two trained co-facilitators coordinate the groups.

If you have any questions about whether this group is the right one for you, give us a call and we can talk about it.

Who can join?

Adults who have been diagnosed with Lung Cancer.

"The group is a very helpful tool...knowing that you are not alone with your worries and fears is a great comfort" - Group Member

When are groups held?

The Lung Cancer Group is held on the SECOND and FOURTH Wednesday of each month, and runs for an hour.

Contact us for group times.
